The clients need to submit

• Valid Passport
• Country Driving License in English Language (If your country driving licnese is not in Engllish Language, you will need to have a certified translation to English)
• Sri Lankan Temporory Driving License, obtained at the airport (read the details below regarding this)

Free cancellation is NOT available, we charge you 30% of the rental to confirm any reservation, and that amount will not be refunded if you cancel the reservation later, since we allocate the exact car for you and we do not get overlapped bookings like international car rentals, where you do not know which car you will get at the airport until you arrive, but with us, you can arrive with peace in mind, we confirm the exact car that you will receive, with the exact images of the car (Not AI or standard images, we send you the real images).

Yes! We provide 24/7 airport transfer services. Our drivers will meet you at the arrival gate with a nameplate and assist with your luggage.

Yes, all our vehicles come with comprehensive insurance coverage. Additional coverage options are available at checkout for extra peace of mind.

About the driving permit requirements to drive in Sri Lanka

• Can this be done before your arrival - Definietely NO, because the process requires your finger print 🔴
• The foreigner should submit the documents himself/herself at the airport (passport, your resident country driving license)
• Airport has a front desk called Department of Motor Traffic Sri Lanka, just go there and submit your country driving license and passport. They will make a photo of you, and get the finger print
• This office is open 24 hours daily, in every day of the week
• If the airport is not extremely busy, this process does not consume more than 15 minutes
• Cost = 15,000 LKR (approximately 50 USD) per month, and this is charged by the government, and we have no control over price changes, you have the option to obtain the driving permit for more than a month depending on your duration of stay in Sri Lanka, and the charges may vary depending on the duration of vallidity of the license
• This requires your Country Driving License in English Language (If your country driving licnese is not in Engllish Language, you will need to have a certified translation to English) and Passport (Please bring original documents to submit)

IMPORTANT

• ⁠Your driving license should not get expired in 12 months since your date of arrival (example - if your date of arrival is 01st January 2026, your country driving license should not be expiring before February of 2027) 🚗🔴
• Bring paper documents, digital documents are not accepted
• Your documents should be in English Language (If your country driving licnese is not in Engllish Language, you will need to have a certified translation to English)

We accept card payments of all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and cash payments.
Online payments are secure and encrypted with a standard Sri Lankan bank payment gateway.

Important - if you are using a AMEX card, you might need to inform your bank before you process a payment to Sri Lanka, VISA and Mastercard does not have such issue.
